...let's just say it's tart.
Really I have started more like a Scoby factory than anything. I will fill a bowl with liquid and it eats, and makes babies and leaves nearly NOTHING to bottle. Check this out:
That is A LOT of mushroom. If anybody needs a scoby, hit me up. Please. I am running out of tupperware.
